  • 1/2 pound unsalted butter, room temperature
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • Mousse:
  • 4 ounces semisweet chocolate
  • 4 large eggs, separated
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • Ganache:
  • 24 ounces semisweet chocolate
  • 2 cups heavy cream
