- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1/2 pound unsalted butter, room temperature
- 2 cups sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup whole milk
- Mousse:
- 4 ounces semisweet chocolate
- 4 large eggs, separated
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- Ganache:
- 24 ounces semisweet chocolate
- 2 cups heavy cream
